RIOT, you can't leave Mordekaiser this way for ANOTHER WHOLE PATCH

Mordekaiser ADC is the most oppressive champ that has ever entered botlane. It completely dominated half of the champion pool in botlane while he still wins more than half the time against "his counters". He had 56% winrate on the first few days after his rework. I understand that you don't act immediately (Is it because the enemies didn't know how to react? Or is it an understatement as Mordekaiser players still need to learn how to play and build him?) Turns out it was the latter: With 5.17 (no changes to morde), he currently has a whooping 64.59% winrate! We're talking about Skarner pre-hotfix branch here. Granted, his popularity is lower, his winrate seems a bit too high for a "break the meta champ" (actually, it's too high for any champ).

tl;dr he needs a hotfix, and the changes that are currently on the PBE are far from enough to put him in line with the other champions.
