New Tank Item- Mini Thornmail

Mini Thornmail (name obviously tentative) + 375 Gold = 1175 Gold +55 Armor UNIQUE Passive: Upon being hit by a basic attack, reflects magic damage back to the attacker equal to 12% of your bonus armor plus 10% of the damage dealt.

I think this will help out Tanks against the new Marksman, as well as give Thornmail an indirect buff by making it's build path smoother and it's effect, although weaker, available earlier in the game. This, in my eyes, is a good solution to Thornmail's case since it's main problem is on most champions it isn't too viable for many reasons, but it would be too good on some champions if buffed (glances at and ). Doing this buffs it's awkward build path to make it better looking for some.
