Forget the ad and marksman changes, Why has like every ap item received a price up? Deathcap now costs 3800 but didn't get an increase in ap. All the NLRod items are 3200 so even though it was a strech for a support to get say a Rylais for it's slow it's not even more expensive.

Could anyone direct me to the context of this? Are the new masteries making mages do more damage?

You do realize their is a SHIT TON of changes, and that probably from their internal testing, mages were turning out to be too strong. They probably also have other changes as well, (This is only the first day of the PBE cycle), they might add a lot more. For JUST this patch
