How does Riot see Blind Pick lobbies going?

They're mainly for the players that are new to level 30, so they aren't that great. Also for people that want to play what they want to without worrying if their champion is going to get banned.

it's just a sandbox. Sometimes you just don't want to care about anything and just play for fun, and blind pick is just for that. Basically League of Legends is a competitive game, and blind pick lets you actually play the game casually without concern for anything. Honestly, if you're taking blind pick seriously, you should be playing ranked or draft pick anyway.
