Suggestions on ranked flex

So I know that flex que is not as serious as normal so last season I didn't really care what placement I got so got bronze 1 though my normal was gold so i didn't care but im using flex que now as a way of improving as I just used to use normals, long story short what can I do when im queuing as jungle and the support locks in a jungle character and smite and persists to try steal all the jungle and basically makes the game unenjoyable for the team as reports seem to do nothing, and if i que dodge it wastes 5mins of my time, I don't really want to play support as I want to improve my jungle so take there not much that could be done about these kind of things
