a Idea about Ranked System and Players

I wonder if riot could potentially create a system that is purposely willing to match toxic players with toxic Players, while non-toxic players are being more likely matched with non toxic Players while also making it official to the entire Player base.

-It would decrease toxicity overall by a large percentage, while also improving game quality and the community in itself if i think correct about the change. For example, let's say "you" or "me" is toxic, and now riot just publicy announced that in season 9 their report system will also take note, if i am toxic, and will purposely match me with other "toxic" players. -the reason why i say it would reduce toxicness is because even "toxic" players want to win, however in that one game they simply don't care anymore, and then starting the blame game and never stop, because they gave up. However if those "toxic" players would know about being getting hurt by themself over the next 20games aswell, due to the system automatically matching them with other "toxic" players, they would become scared. I am not kidding. ofcourse not everyone would say "i'm scared so i stop being toxic or smth" but alot of them would do so, which is why i said it would decrease toxicness. And even if they keep continuing being "toxic" then atleast they are likely being pushed to the other side far away from nontoxic players, and non toxic players would enjoy the game alot more again.

also riot could use smth similar to mmr for it. A hidden number that indicates how toxic or nontoxic someone is, this number changes by how many times the system tracked due to reports "bad words", for example if a guy says in 5 games 10times "asshole" you could reduce his "toxic rating" by 200. If the rating-range goes from 1000-0 and "1000 = not a single bad word ever" while 0 equals perma toxic. this could really work out.

(ofcourse the downsite is queue timers would go up, but i gladly take longer queue times if it means i am consistently matched with players who behave the same way as i do, wouldn't everyone agree with that?) [sg-kiko]
