Game stuck at loading screen

Ive been having this issue for about 2 weeks, and that stopped me completely from playing league which pissed me off. When i load into champ select, everything is usually fine, but then it takes me about 3 min to get into the loading screen, but when i CTRL + ALT + DEL to open my task manager, the current state of league is "not responding", it takes me like 5 min for the champs to show up in the loading screen, then another 2 min for me to get into the game, and the timer was already at 5 mins or so, and my team are flaming me for afk, while i need to deal with this issue, but in game i dont get any ping issues or anything else, when i finish a game i get a leaverbuster and it just makes me quit league I have tried reinstalling league, but thats just no use I really want to play league again, so does anyone else have this issue, or any solutions?
