Attempting to reconnect.

Every time i play with my friend who lives in Spain it doesn't work, my network doesn't run correctly, always attempting to reconnect and if not, 90000 ms which i thought was impossible but it happens, i cant move, lvl 1 for the first 30 mins, and lvl 2 on the last 10. And then comes my best friend the leave buster, GREAT RITO. This game gets better every time. Help me and my friends please, all the time we've spent with this game on this acc is valuable time and fun time, this isn't happening anymore, i need help to fix this.
