Player block
Most of us are familiar with creep block where minions either reroute the player's auto pathing, block a player from moving forward or overlap a player's hitbox causing their champion to have a seizure at that spot. Now, a player can do the latter to a minion/monster as well causing the minion/monster being unable to move or attack as long as the player does not move out of the spot. I'm able to recreate this at a low success rate with red/blue, if I'm lucky gromph and it happened one time with drag. Assuming a player learns to perfect this, jungling would be the easiest thing as they are invunerable to monster damage. Now would this be considered an intended mechanic like animation canceling or an exploit.
