Should Riot Games just give Nunu a VGU asap?

Assuming this game doesnt die out in the next 10 years, do you think that Nunu should just get a VGU as soon as possible? There are champs that deserve more attention than others (i.e. urgot and evelynn) but the whole Nunu support deal is kinda big/annoying/controversial that it makes me wonder how much sleep some Rioters lose over this shit.
