Changes to Ranked team queue restrictions

So recently I've been trying to rank up. solo queue style. I've been noticing, i'm getting a lot of players that are duo queue or triple queue in my games, on my team, where one person is plat and the other 2 is gold V (fresh out of silver)[boosting service]. So my team has 2-3 low gold players b/c of duo queue and the enemy team all have players in plat.

This makes it strongly disadvantageous for our team, idk why dynamic queue does this but i suggest adding restrictions like upper plat rank. for example, make it:

gold 2 - plat 4 silver - gold 2/1

constantly getting gold V players on my team (fresh from silver) makes it super hard to win, when the enemy team are all in plat. It creates unfair matchup, since these players being in silver are used to different play style, then they jump into different gameplay style, unprepared.

Maybe i'm a bit salty losing promos 3 times in row, but theres is restriction for low diamond and high plat, maybe there should be same for low plat and high gold.
