Matchmaker Unbalanced in normal draft!

I'm about an average skilled League player. With that said, I'm noticing serious issues with the balancing of the matchmaking queue. The queues in "normal draft" seem more unbalanced than they've ever been before. Simply put, my teammates and I are not able to enjoy the preseason because either the game is a one sided stomp in general, there's one player who's waaaay above everyone else, or there's one player who's "unskilled" enough to throw the game despite how good his/her teammates are!
