Locked role (champ for aram) after lobby-dodge remake would be nice

For ARAM I am tired of getting wonderful champs (such as my main). Then someone dodges, I get something bad. I'm fine with playing something bad and making it work if it's random, but not if it's forced on me by someone I.....don't approve of.

For Summoners Rift I get my main lane, and people dodge till I get support or worse (adc in my case). Which I am willing to play out(or trade in case of adc). But having had my main role does sour the entire match.

Can we just avoid the 20 minutes of actually trying to get into a game, and with bad roles/champs as well?
