Balance ADCs by removing crit, sheen and rageblade
This will stop obnoxious, consistent burst and actually make carries deal reasonable DPS.
Will still deal minimal 600 damage per second excluding kit steroids/damage and rune selection.
ADC = attack damage carry (applies to ranged and melee)
As for Yasuo, his go to build would change to Lethality since he already has the armor penetration.
Tryndamere would go for lifesteal and a little defense (many already build him this way).
Quinn, Miss Fortune and anybody else with conditional crit will just be renamed to double damage in that instance.
Rather people agree or not, the game would be healthier. I never feel outplayed when dying to crit or on-hit cheese.
