Balance ADCs by removing crit, sheen and rageblade

This will stop obnoxious, consistent burst and actually make carries deal reasonable DPS.

Will still deal minimal 600 damage per second excluding kit steroids/damage and rune selection.

ADC = attack damage carry (applies to ranged and melee)

As for Yasuo, his go to build would change to Lethality since he already has the armor penetration.

Tryndamere would go for lifesteal and a little defense (many already build him this way).

Quinn, Miss Fortune and anybody else with conditional crit will just be renamed to double damage in that instance.

Rather people agree or not, the game would be healthier. I never feel outplayed when dying to crit or on-hit cheese.

I mean, it's a stacking item, though. It's not instant burst, it's literal ramping DPS.

Rageblade should be the model for ADC items, not an item they should be punished for using.

The main issue is Rapidfire/Static... and the 50% crit damage on IE.

ADC's were fine in earlier seasons when it was just PD and 20% IE.

Pre Static IE/PD/PD/BT/LW/Boots was the most balanced ADC's ever were.

Then they decided to create that bastard ass Static Shiv from Ionic Spark... from the Dodge removal crap that got rid of Sword of the Divine.
