Create a Mirror Draft normal mode

There needs to be some way other than Blind to pick mirror lanes. It's not boring to test how you can match up to another player of the same champion, and often for the stongest champions, they have strengths that other champions simply can't match or counter.

In Blind, sure you can get a Mirror, but no one gets bans and usually there's going to be a top-ban on at least one team that the other doesn't have, so they get the game for free.
