We need remove Devourer!!!!!!!
This equipment has seriously affected the balance of the game. like

Honestly devourer is the item that makes some champs champs viable at all, and I will agree shyvana can be a bit crazy with her damage, but she is easily countered. The rest are not that strong because it is very easy to counter them. Also if you get behind with devourer the game is going to be very tough for you, and I in no way think this item is op. My opinion though
I'm sorry, but you'd be destroying 
's kit by removing that hability
