Flask + 5 pot starts

So riot nerfed being able to buy a stupid amount of pots so that you didnt have lane phases where someone just infinitely sustained against someone who didnt go the same start.

So why is it you can buy a flask combined with 5 pots? Isn't this the same concept just another way to get around it? Can we please do something about this? It makes for very stale, or aggravating lanes when you can't trade meaningfully with your enemy because they can just pot/flask and heal up the health AND mana they just expended to attack you.

well thats ur problem for not investing in it too they choose to get a flask, you choose to get a dorans blade they choose to put like 13 points in utility, you choose to get 21 points in offense they choose to wait for gold to generate for that 5th pot, you choose to run to your turret meaningful choices everywhere, its not like they didnt give up anything for 5 fking pots and a flask

flask is a horrible investment in most cases. you are basically paying up the ass for 6 potions because you will never use it after your second b
