Is there any way to fix this bug?

I'm having this problem about 6 months.When i look at my friends status (in game,champion select etc.) that is bugged.When my friend go in game it show me he is in game for 80 minutes.And when someone is in champion select it stuck and be like that for 1 hour. Sorry for bad English.

I have kind of the same bugg, but mine is a bit different, its related to specific friends, even if they are offline it shows they are online and in game.

And I don't think so you can fix this bugg at all, u could try to use repair tool, but I think result will be the same.
