Voice Options for GAMEPLAY

Can we add in a voice option? So we can hear and speak to other players through the game? Can opt out obviously, but would be nice to have the feature.

It seems to me a lot of the vile chat is frustration from being unable to clearly communicate and coordinate gameplay. Obviously we could still all mute the assholes but it would help add context and efficiency to a really terrible communication experience as it is currently set up.

To mods: This is an idea for GAMPLAY improvement. This is not player behavior or moderation request. It just satisfies that aspect of the larger idea. Please keep it open and in GAMEPLAY. The idea is for an overall improvement in game features and ease of use of in game communication experience and as far as I can see doesn't properly belong in any other category.
