Why Turret Damage cant be nerfed. -unlike other mobas denying the enemy farm is more dificult and less effective in league of legends,the only way to get a significant gold lead compared to your enemy is by killing him,now unless he is retarded when he is losing lane he will just stay behind and get whatever minions he can get without being punished so the only way to kill him is by diving.Thats why outer turrets cant be buffed .
