For the love of God, start harshly punishing queue dodgers in ranked

Seriously. It's bad enough that this new system is WAY slower than the old one, and just as equal in trolling. I seriously just counted 13 matches in a row as dodges before getting into one. And it's not all the uncommon. Throw a harsher penalty in, so we won't see it anymore. Not everyone is in Challenger tier and expects half an hour between matches.
