Can someone explain Past 25 days champ stats

I'm going based off of Lolking, obviously it's self explanatory, but I'm not so sure. To simple it up, let's say 'damage taken, physical damage, minions, gold, wins' is all placed above average, is it as simple as you're doing good? Any response is appreciated. There is a reason I'm asking, just wanna know how accurate it is.
