RIOT Please Add A Before Game Ping Indicator

Not everyone is blessed with awesome internet in their areas, It has been 6 seasons and this has been brought up multiple times by many players.

In a game where timing is everything, Lag can be the major difference between a won and lost game. I know this would not fix every instance of lag, but it would REALLY be beneficial to the HUGE majority of players to be able to prevent less instances of loosing a game due to a bad connection or outage.
