is it just me or does anyone else feel ad items got nerfed too?

across the board, most ad items got stat decreases. infinity edge lost 15 ad for 200 gold, blade of the ruined king lost 2% current health and costs 200 more, the new armor penetration items are only bonus armor pen. everything seems to have been nerfed except the new items, many of which benefit ad casters more than adcs. ill compile a full list of nerfs/buffs later
