you are not going to like the answer...
...but im gonna give it to you anyway.
Meet the queen of Elo, the baroness of MMR, the most OP champion in league of legends, the long standing empress towering above all nerfs, who greets each patch with her blatant OPness, and a smile:

With your cs and kda, no champion will carry you farther than bronze 5
But if you do want a champ to help you, try illaoi. People really underestimate her damage and if you get ganked you just get a double kill.
Master yi is good in bronze.

Here is my list of champs to help you escape Bronze: teemo, nunu, and lets see...Urgot. Alright see you at plat in a couple of weeks bro.
I think instead of getting a "Freelo champ" you should instead prioritize on mastering the ability to CS it doesnt matter if your playing a champion that has no damage no scalings no nothin, as long as you can reliably get CS (3 per wave is gonna be god-tier in bronze but getting 6 per wave is pretty much a one-way ticket to silver-gold) you can stat-check with items, the same is true for the opposite, If your a support player... umm good luck?

Judging from your previous comments, you're being too picky about the champions you want to play. Don't bother asking these questions if you're not going to take these champions into consideration.
Leona and rammus. Rammus jg makes an adc life a living hell.
skarner is the god of geting out of bronze silver or gold
basically anything that requires no mechanics and scales because in bronze no one knows how to end games
There's no true 'freelo' champion. But simply playing a shock-value champion typically nets you a win in low-bronze, since people often just don't know what to do against some of them. But make sure it's at least half-viable, or you'll be in for a nasty surprise.
Also, I highly recommend against "OP" champions simply because they 1) tend to be gutted, and 2) Are rarely that reliable in higher play. But if you're solely trying to get out of ELO hell, they're fine, as long as you can still play someone better once you're out
