Thoughts on Udyr changes to his Q, W and overall mana costs

Personally after playing Udyr for about 3 years now despite being in only Gold. I think the recent changes really puts Udyr's early game into ground because you know have to rely on items more for your damage which basically removes the point of tiger stance's early game to mid game power. Furthermore, due to the rise of tanks and armor it makes Udyr and his attack speed pretty much useless. The people who have decided to rework his abilities have probably spent 2 minutes on this. If it wasn't broken why did they decide to fix it. They should've looked at how he gets kited and buffed his bear stance. Rather than guessing the problem was his tiger stance and "buffing" it. I do not agree with these changes at all and i would've preferred a different change to Udyr rather than what was given.
