How to solve queue time *for Riot*

We all know that its frustrating to queue up for a long time to go support (or any other role you don't want)

My idea: *You should be able to choose other regions only for ranked *Reward players who go support or pick fill with extra ip if they finish the game

last 1 but not my favorite you should be able to play with the division higher than you (optional)
