@meddler, has there been thoughts into tuning warrior more of a scaler and less of a stat stick

By this I mean to make it scale off of its major stat like the other jungle items. Cinderhulk bonus health scaling with health, bloodrazor on hit scaling with attack speed, runic echoes proc scaling with AP.
