WOW wat a bad idea. Lets make this unbalanced so we can force people to play certain champs that makes gameplay cool. Holy shit im cool agian. Not only im i forced toward champs that are just plain op. But shit the balance omg why do it. This kid plays that champ 24 7 lets rework champ x x and x so that he is basically worthless and gets harassed and such for playing said champ.
