What is the role of fleet footwork now?

I don't mean to argue on whether it's a good keystone or not. It's just that now, between lethal tempo, press the attack, and hail of blades (the new domination keystone), I don't see many auto attackers wanting FF over any of the others. Especially considers that there are other keystones useful on some adcs, (meteor on jhin, klepto on ez?). Same thing applies to melee auto attackers, I'm afraid.
