Idea for a slight tweak to Jinx's W

When you use Jinx's W, there's a slight delay before it's fired, and if it hits, it slows and reveals the enemy.

What if it was tweak to change the W in this way; Holding W will fully charge Jinx's zap hitting for a reveal and slow, dealing it's maximum damage. Just pressing W will only slow if it hits, but it fires instantaneously, but only deals 75% of its complete damage.
