RiotRepertoir Quinn E and other things

Hey i haven't played too many games as new Quinn yet, but was it intentional that her E seems to be a shorter range on the return? And she can't really go over walls as well as it used to launch you back I believe. I enjoy the smoothness of her new E, but it feels very, Off. And any follow up tweaks planned for her besides the possible Q change? Also it would be nice if you could recall while her ult is on.
