3000 gold ~~35% pen ~~ 35 Flat pen Unique passive: Your magic damage bypasses shields applying damage directly to the enemy champion and not damaging the shield.

More efficient at killing squishies even if they get shielded in return less effective vs tanks

Not that it matters because i can build on my tank and then you can't kill me anyway

So tanks aren't really a proper target for mages 9/10 times anyway not just because of mr but also because they have too much hp to burst

Mages are struggling in this 1000 shields of immortality meta so this should help them out
