Shift clicking when you have attack click is gone now

I use attack left click so to move items around, look at the map, and use keystones and interfaces I have to shift left click. Im fine with that.

With this new patch its gone. I cannot look at peoples stats and look at the minimap without moving towards them and i physically cannot use unsealed spellbook.

This have something to do with the kindred UI change this patch?
