I think league would be better off getting reworks instead of new champs

Hear me out. Trust me, I love Kled, Jhin, and some of the new champs they come out with every year. I've mained Ekko since his release. However, according to riot, they have a whole team dedicated to creating new champions. IMO, they should take that team and add it to the rework teams to update the 30+ champs in the game that need it in some way or another. I dont know how other people feel, but adding new champs every once in a while adds too much imbalance to the game, which wastes resources in fixing problems new content produces. If they used these resources to balance the game itself instead and fix champs who have been pretty unhealthy ATM (cough Caitlyn cough), maybe the game wouldn't be so frustrating to play. Really, I would much rather have a full year of reworks and game balances to have a much higher quality level of gameplay by the end of the season than new champs and gameplay updates that are quick attempts to "fix" the game. (Jesus, the new jungle.)
