Issue with 25:9 Aspect Ratio (2560 x 1080) Monitor

Not sure if this is where I'd post this, so redirect me if I'm wrong. However, I'm having an issue where whenever I open the shop, the bottom part of it is cut off, so anything below the first row of items in my inventory is out of reach. This means that I cannot undo any of my sales. I cannot move the shop window up any higher on my screen, so it appears to be sized a little too largely for my screen.
