Riot's balance team needs to change

Morgana, Akali , Irelia , Sylas , Kayle , Zoe , Pyke , Aatrox , Urgot. 9 out of the last 12 champion release/rework are the champions that are the most overtuned and with the highest win/ban/pick rates, and with a good reason at that. Even when everybody is complaining at all ranks, riot balance team refuses to nerf the champions to not be a misserable experience playing against. Irelia was overtuned to a ridiculus level , and the nerf that riot's genius balance team decided to make is -5 movement speed. Pyke can get a pentakill out of nowhere. Kayle, even when 0-9 , once she hits level 11 she can towerdive the 10-0 renekton (true story). Zoe one-shots enemies from 3 turrets away, Sylas heals faster than the fountain, ect ect. Everybody is crying for nerf, and what riot balance team is give 10 damage to Azir's q.

Alright, listen, i can understand some intentionaly left inbalance when it comes to new champions, just to steer up the META, but after 3 , 4 or 5 months, a -5 movement speed to irelia, is basicly a taunt from Riot towards the players "we can do whatever the fuck we want, but here, have your so wanted nerf and leave me alone".

I dont know. Champion design team, i guess they make a champion overpowered at first so that people purchase them with rp, i can understand that. But the Champion Update team, is absolutely stupid. I'd bet half of them dont even play league ,and they can hide behind the fact that they have masters degree and "we know better". 70% of the reworks has been a failure. Playing against Fiora is miserable. Playing against Jax is miserable. Playing against all the champions that i mentioned above is miserable. Ahem--RYZE--Ahem . generaly, playing against any champion that has alerted abilities since their release, is a very miserable experience.

You know why i'm happy though? next rework is on mordekaiser and i'm a morde main, so i guess my main champion is bound to be able to 1v9 every single game, cus if there's one thing that riot has taught us with their last reworks, is that if they rework a champion, they'll make sure that this champion will be so stupidly overpowered, not just in terms of numbers, but in terms of mechanics as well. Akali is a great example, Aatrox is a great example , Pyke is a great example, Urgot is a great example, generaly, just pick your favorite champion out of the last 10 rework/released champions, and that champion is a great example.

The entire comunity is crying about % maximum health true damage , and what the wonderful balance team does, is give 10 damage to azir's q.

I have a great idea about how to nerf vayne's % maximum health true damage. Every third autoattack, deals 5% (+1/2/3/4/5% bonus attack damage) of the enemy's maximum health as true damage. You keep the cancer, but just tone it down in the early game, since in the late game she's gonna take the tanks down anyway. Having a champion that has disengage and is impossible to catch + the damage she can put out + invisibility, makes champion's like ornn, malphite, chogath, shen ,volibear, trundle, renekton, udyr, kled, skarner and EVERY GOD DAMN MELEE CHAMPION that doesnt have the ability to 1-shot her before she can react, are either banning vayne, or praying that she is not picked, cus it render's the champions utterly and irreperably unplayable. Wanna play? you HAVE to ban vayne. and irelia. and akali. and kayle. and sylas. and urgot. and pyke. and lulu.

All those things, its not just me, every streamer in challenger is crying about all these things, and riot's employee's just release new skins. NOBODY CARES about skins. Balance the game so that its not cancerus 85% of the time due to champion inbalances, and then just keep releasing skins. Nobody cares if Sanjuro is an asshole irl, if he is a good designer, keep him on your team and away from social media. Instead, you'd rather have people with good maners and diplomats who have no clue and are just plain stupid, with little to no education of how the game works, just cus they can give a decent answer in social media. Hey, psssst, riot, doing that, is making your game worse and irritating.

Flamers, is on my hand if they affect me or not. Irelia, is out of my hand, and that's riot's balance team's fault. and its not just irelia who's annoying, its all the latest champion updates or relases that is causing me seizures as "HOW IS THIS STILL NOT FIXED??!?!?!?!??!"

Here's a list of my personaly most hated champions, that i wouldnt mind at all if they were removed from the game, just because they have 1 mechanic that is so stupid and its so annoying, that people who contributed to this 1 thing that makes the champion cancerus to this degree, deserves to be fired without second thought. Akali because of her smoke Vayne because of % maximum health true damage Kayle because of her 0-9 at level 10 can turn into 35-10 at level 11 Thresh because of lantern Lulu because of everything she has in her kit except her q Aurelion sol because of his passive Jax because of his counter strike Fiora because of her % maximum health true damage Master yi because of Wuju style ( his e) Quinn because of her e Yasuo because of his passive and his windwall Zilean because of his r.

i seriusly believe that if every single champion / ability that i mentioned here is removed, nobody , and i mean NOBODY will miss these abilities, simply because they are incredibly impactful, with no counterplay , with no skill required, with the exception of yasuo's wall, jax's counterstike and akali's smoke, all you have to do for the other's is literaly just maintain a body temperature of 36,6 celcius, and you are going to impact the game in a game-changing way. Litearly, think of what you have to do to get to level 11 as kayle and dominate the game. just exist in the game. Vayne's silver bolts? exist in the game ,yasuo's passive, just exist and buy items. I cant understand why all these abilities exist.

Vi is melee and she has the same ability as vayne, only its physical damage. there's a very reasonable nerf. that's never gonna happen cus reasons.

Thresh's lantern would be nice to be pickapable only if the champion is out of combat. Another reasonable nerf that's never gonna happen.

Zilean's ultimate i believe would be better if it was just "fully heal your target and give them 35% damage reduction for 3 seconds"

master yi's wuju style is not really something that is counterable i mean, it if was % damage boost instead of true damage boost it would be cooler

Kayle's passive, if it has to be that one, instead of upgrading on ultimate levels, it would be way cooler if the checkpoints were 1/7/13/18, which will not happen for whatever reason

Yasuo's passive, i think it would be better if it was double crit chance, but infinity doesnt affect the critical damage.

and every single ability that i mentioned above, could have half the power, and they'd still be annoying. yet, they dont get nerfed. you know why? cus riot thinks that these abilities feel rewarding. Guess what, they dont feel rewarding, they are just cancerus for every player that is against these abilities.

Out of the 9 champions you named, 5 of them have below the average win rates? 2 of them have average and 2 have above the average. Also, none of them have the highest win rate or pick rate?

Edit: Morg does have the highest ban rate though tbf.

As much as the balance team sucks, it really isn't fair to blame stuff like zoe, akali, and irelia on the balance team. Those were all piss poor designed champions who were never going to be properly balanced. Those are completely on the designers.

Other than the visuals, Morgana was barely changed from the rework. Seriously. Her base stats were rounded.

Base attack damage increased to 56 from 55.46. Base armor reduced to 25 from 25.384. Base health increased to 560 from 559.48. Base mana reduced to 340 from 340.8. Base movement speed reduced to 330 from 335.

Her Q was unchanged.

Her W went through a series of buffs and nerfs:

Renamed to Tormented Shadow from Tormented Soil. Minimum base damage reduced to 12 / 24 / 36 / 48 / 60 from 16 / 32 / 48 / 64 / 80. Minimum AP ratio reduced to 16% AP from 22% AP. Bonus damage increased to 0% − 170% (based on target's missing health) from 0% − 50% (based on target's missing health). Maximum base damage increased to 32.4 / 64.8 / 97.2 / 129.6 / 162 from 24 / 48 / 72 / 96 / 120. Maximum AP ratio increased to 43% AP from 33% AP.

When you played her after 9.5 her W in lane did more or less the same amount of damage. Ain't no one stomping anyone with W alone.

Her E got a bugfix:

Bug Fix: No longer blocks Illaoi's Test of Spirit from grabbing the spirit.

Her R got buffed:

New Effect: Now grants 5 / 30 / 55% bonus movement speed towards enemies that are shackled. New ability icon.

Since then, she's eaten two nerfs:

Health regeneration growth reduced to 0.4 from 0.6. Tormented Shadow Minimum AP ratio per second reduced to 14% AP from 16% AP.

and before 9.5, you have to go all the way back to 8.15 to find her in the patch notes, and there she got two nerfs, one of which was a pretty big nerf:

Base mana regeneration reduced to 11 from 15. Black Shield Mana cost increased to 80 from 55.

tl;dr, morgana's ban rate is due to people thinking "ShE WaS ReWoRkEd MuSt BaN?!", not because she is significantly more powerful from 8.15. Her Q, which most people whine about, was last changed in patch 5.18, where it got a slight mana cost buff:

Mana cost reduced to 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 from 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90.

Ironically, Jax would be less of a hassle to fight against if he didn't have the highest base movement speed in the game.

Players should have be forced to commit when playing as him, and not get the initiative when to choose a fight because of a simple stat.
