She is just way to broken for me, I cant think of a single adc that can fight against her. Cait? not really, once vayne ults you cant really get away cause her passive and bork you I need real experience from real game play, not just some thoughts people come up with that might work, or some useless tips that don't do anything
Vayne is, in my opinion, the strongest dueling ADC - so 1v1ing her isn't typically a smart idea unless you are one of the champs Canpan mentioned above and have equal items.
Vayne is a strong duelist and hyper carry. Come late game, you can't duel her, you have to out poke her, or assassinate her.
though personally I don't think the ADC should be dueling anyone come late game because their glass cannons. If you every catch her out of position or engage in a team fight, Focus her.
Draven can 2/3 shot her. Ashe can lock her down with CC. Graves for the burst kill.
If you land your slow as Cait you can definitely get away even with Vayne's passive. But she's not very strong so wouldn't really recommend.
Sivir can ult and run away. Main idea is to just shove waves as sivir and avoid the 1v1 and go for teamfights instead. She's my favorite pick into Vayne because you can keep her shoved into tower all game since Vayne has really bad waveclear.
Jinx can't win the 1v1 anymore due to her attack speed nerfs so wouldn't really recommend her.
Ashe can hit her with ult and maybe win once she has some items, but early on it won't help because you can't burst her quickly enough while she's stunned and you lose hard after that.
Graves shuts her down real hard in lane and midgame, but loses lategame.
Kogmaw actually does insanely well against Vayne, she gets chunked to about half hp before she even gets into auto range.
Well, all matches are a 5vs5 game and that Vayne has one of the lowest AA range of all (ranged) Champions, abuse that, but don't go 1vs1 her unless you have a clear idea on your advantage.
Vayne can't hold dravens jock, if they have the same amount of gold, which they wont because of the dravens passive, draven will one shot her. If draven has an IE and bloodthirster he is impossible to duel for any adc except maybe varus. God forbid he builds tri force and tri force procs and crits and does 1600 damage per axe.
Don't position near walls, with 
don't use her net until you see her, abuse your range. And keep traps around you for safety as well
She needs at least 3 autoattacks to kill you. Actually most adcs can kill her faster than she can kill them with equal items - Ez, Kalista, Varus, Twitch (he can kill her, but not with fair play - ambushing or ulting), Caitlyn (you will need a passive crit to have a chance ) and Sivir will probably have problems 1v1ing her without playing dirty.
