Why! Why on earth would you give and Assassin the ability to basically limitlessness jump over wall! Talon 
can avoid any and all kill pressure and basically laugh in your face cause he know you can't follow him. This shit is ridiculously broken and I demand that it gets rectified now!
Considering the fact that it's 100% a mobility spell with no damage tacked on. (Like every other assassin mobility tool EVER) Meaning, one less spell for his full combo.
I'd say that's a fine counter balance.
I'm sorry but I can't agree with that, allowing someone to freely pass over terrain basically with no limits allows for minimal kill pressure from enemy champions especially when ahead. It also allows him to chart a practically unstoppable path to champions that are trying to escape, flashing over walls is useless. And just because it has no damage doesn't mean it isn't broken.
