kayle is the strongest since her ad&defense bar surpass naut

Just use it with thought. Those bars were placed by riot when they did not have a good idea of how the game would play out.
That said: Not sure why you would use attack power as a measurement of how good they are as a tank, nor why you would compare those 3.
To answer your question "can kayle tank as much as nautilus?". With her ult she can tank infinite amount of damage so technically yes. However if you think the only thing important to a tank is tankiness then you are wrong. In fact tankiness is the second least important thing for a tank only above damage. The reason you build tanky and tanks is so they can do their job throughout the whole teamfight, and that job is too cc, peel, lockdown and zone other champions.
