Role swap i champ select

Hey !

Last ranked i made i notice that sometime people do swap role in champ select, so my idea was to make it " official " by adding a little feature to propose a swap role just like you can do with champions, i think you could be proposing a swap before and during ban time and people will recieve a little notification to inform them someone wanna swap. (don't forget to add a little restriction to deny spam !)
