Skin Splash Update With Mage Update?

Riot said they were going to redo every (outdated) skin splash. Does that mean some of the older mages in the mid-season update get all their skin splash updated too like Riot has stared doing with Poppy and Shen, or even classic updates... (looking at you Malz ). Most of them have one or two new-ish skins so I don't mind seeing them stay... sorry Vel, but the older ones really do need some lovin... Since Zyra and Vel only have two skins maybe they could give them another one in the update??? They did say this one would take longer so maybe that's part of the reason??
