Slight QOL buff to Warwick

I played a game as WW about a week ago and I had an interesting thought to help him out just ever so slightly. Maybe let his Q apply a stack of his passive on hit, maybe full stacks on a monster and only one on a champ. Its just something I feel that would be a fairly decent buff without actually doing too much to the champion. Im not sure how practical it would be but it seems like it would do well enough. Id love to hear some feed back on this!
