Elise is way under powered right now

The champion elise is just so under powered right now. Lowest win rate of all champions in ranked games, and also pretty bad gameplay as well. Her human form is literally useless, while Q does like nothing despite it is percentage damage. The only stun ability she has is her E in human form, and its a freakin skillshot! In teamfights with minions all around its impossible to land anything. When you are chasing an opponent, you want to stun with E and then switch to spider form for more damage and movement speed,guess what you gotta wait 5 seconds! The E gap closer is slow as f and it cant even do damage or root or stun or slow. Most of the time she doesn't even land on the champion! E is just useless for spider form unless the opponents hp is rly low. That kind of trash gapcloser won't get you anywhere. I've tried building tank, building ap, building half tank half ap and none of them worked. Once late game all she can do is kill steal, or just feed. What I want to say is, she definately deserves rework on her E, or just increase her damage on Q and W(useless ability as well in human form), and make E an instant gap close and root. You have just ruined one of your champions by trying to maintain "balance", and she is 100% one of the worst champions to play out there. I admit she is fun to play, I enjoy playing her a lot, but I just don't like the feeling of getting kills by doing just slightly more damage than the support in a game.
