Ranked placing is broken

Ranked placing is broken as fuck and needs to be changed. im sick and tired of bronze 5. I was just placed in this stupid rank AGAIN. I won 5/5 games and I was placed in bronze 5 I never did awful. so why am I in bronze 5? I'll tell you because the placement system isn't fair. its keeping players from being able to climb the ranks like they should u cant keep us in the same bullshit elo's and expect us to go ANYWHERE you need to fix this. because im telling you right now. I'm tired of being on a team with someone who goes into lane and by 10 minutes has 7 deaths. this is literally hell and u need to stop making players go through this bullshit of an elo hell
