Bramble Vest

I believe Bramble Vest is obviously quite strong in top lane. What should happen is the Bramble Vest item should only have return damage and when you complete the full Thornmail, you're given the Grevious Wounds passive. Champions who rely on lifesteal/sustain in lane like Fiora for example get completely wrecked in lane just by that item alone. Champions who used to not be able to compete with certain champions are able to sustain well, because they build Bramble early and just cuck Fiora's whole kit. Just an idea. I think it'd give top lane more leeway in champ select rather than just ignoring champions like Fiora and choosing a tank. Also you may be thinking this, but I'm not a Fiora main by any means. Just using her as an example.
