Why has yasuo not been nerfed.

Yasuo in all favor is in my opinion to strong he is by far really mobile and scales strong. For example he builds 2 items static shive and bork with exaust and can melt just about anyone it makes no sense to me how he put out the large amounts of dps with just 2 attack speed items. How is he not considered strong or broke when players just literally jump through the ranks with him he can solo carry a game in any experience yes i kno people say just focus him cc him or build armor but you dont relise he alone can solo anyone. with 2 items. i just really don't see how they nerf every champ but yasuo has been nerfed once or twice and they were not even nerfs take away one auto from his ult yea that will make him balanced i just don't understand why riot ignores him. If something is not played in LCS its apparently not important
