Remove Sated Devourer
It makes junglers end up farming ALL game and have no presence in game until like the 30 minutes and by then the lost lanes have fed and we lose thanks to them.

Am I the only one who does not let "Farm to 30 Stacks," Blind my decisions as a Jungler.
a. It Will turn on Eventually. You don't have to worry about falling behind if your don't get 30 stacks. So to that end, You don't have to constantly Speed farm. You can actually focus Objectives.
b. It stacks harder with scutler and epic monsters, so it's actually worth doing your job at contesting those neutral objectives.
c. Sated Devourer needs addition items before it REALLY turns on. (like BotRK) And you might want one defensive item on top of that.
d. Taking BotRK means you can sustain on the Jungle camps. Meaning you can Gank, and hyper farm at the same time.

It's kinda true. It makes 
(ALMOST) impossible to kill in the late game if he farms alot. Other champions too
