New Gameplay mode?

So, I've recently limited my game play to ONLY ranked, because I'm too scared to play normals now. As much as ranked is fun, I (and a lot of the teammates I play with) are getting really tired of people who play to do some "testing" with their own metas. I know some people are going to say "well that's what normals is for, and there's also bots", but let's face it-- 1. Bots are for those feelsgoodman moments with your abnormally high KDA, and 2. There's a LARGE amount of people who want to play normals without the trolls of (ie.) BARD jungle.

I play normals because I sometimes don't want to have to face the consequences of losing LP (because I don't always have a feelsgoodman day). So I'm wondering if there could be some consideration for a new gameplay mode (that could just be like a week long like Poro King) where people can just try stuff out in the weirdest ways possible-- funny builds, weird play styles, etc, etc-- and not end up dragging down the teammates who actually kind of want to do well, and just have a good game!

(and by good game I mean not having to face the Lux thats 14/2. )
