Alright so here is the deal. Playing league from 1-29 is a wonderful experience. You learn and the challenges are usually appropriate for your summoner level. When you hit level 30 however the pool of people you get to deal with is too big. The pool of people feels unregulated and as a result you could have well seasoned Ranked players theoretically always stomping you into the mud the moment you hit 30. It is demoralizing and its not much better trying to go right into ranked when you hit 30.

Now before you tell me to 'man up and stop being a pansy' because honestly that hasn't been working lets think about it for a moment. "How do we help?"

Bots offer a good test to see if you understand your champion and don't want to be instantly punished for every mistake... at first. The moment you hit 30 then bot games suddenly become just getting your daily boost. 10 to 25 min max and it only takes one person to snowball out of control on BAD Ai to throw off the whole team's rhythm. Bot games need to be a tool to PRACTICE how the game normally would flow without being either impossible or its entirely too predictable state that it is right now. The AI was made better sure but the changes don't offer what they need to right now.

And if its too hard to script good bot games then consider more filters for who faces who in games like ranked does. Close games are fun. but constantly getting stomped is not.

If players are doing poorly then throw them up aginst other players that are doing poorly. you HAVE those numbers infront of you so I know you can some sort of filter for that.
